What you can see about your people
The bounded set a workspace is shown, and why it stops there.
You can see:
- A red, amber, or green capture band per person, for how much they have captured.
- The captured knowledge itself, cited and attributed, through Jar access.
- Workspace activity, departments, seats, and usage.
You cannot see, and kept will not build:
- A score, ranking, or performance judgment of any person.
- The number behind anyone's capture band.
- The internal model kept uses to run its interviews.
The band exists so a workspace can run its capture programme. Using it as an input to performance management, discipline, or compensation is a misuse of the service under the Terms of Service.
