How to get an answer out of what has been captured.

Ask kept answers from captured knowledge. Open Ask kept from the sidebar and type a question the way you would ask a colleague.

What it can reach depends on who you are. Your own jar is always yours to ask. An admin or a manager can also ask across the captured knowledge their access already opens, and every result stays attributed to the person it came from.

Every answer is cited to the piece of knowledge it came from, or it says plainly that it does not know. There is no third option.
