The providers that help run KEPT.
KEPT uses a limited set of service providers to host the platform, process voice and AI requests, store information, manage billing, and communicate with users. The exact provider used may depend on the product feature and selected model.

The PostHog integration has been removed from current versions of the product and marketing site. This does not confirm that older cached pages have stopped sending data, that previously collected information has been deleted, or that the provider account has closed. Historical activity, retention and deletion remain under reconciliation.
Earlier marketing-site versions included Google Analytics and Plausible. These integrations are removed from the current site. Removal does not establish deletion of information previously received by either provider. Historical account ownership, collection and retention remain under reconciliation.
Change notice
Business customers may subscribe to subprocessor updates by emailing support@kept.solutions. We will provide notice before a new subprocessor begins processing customer content where required by the applicable agreement.
Change log
Every addition to and removal from the table above, with its date. This log and the subscriber list are together how the advance notice promised in the Data Processing Addendum, section 6.2, is given.
- October 23, 2026: PostHog moved from the current provider table to the historical reconciliation note after removal of its application and marketing collectors. DPA Annex III version 1.6 retains the former vendor assessment. This is a disclosure correction, not confirmation of vendor data deletion or account closure.
- October 11, 2026: Google Analytics and Plausible integrations removed. Historical provider data remains under reconciliation. Recorded in DPA Annex III version 1.5 and Privacy section 15 version 2026-10-11.
- September 15, 2026: Google Analytics added, for visit measurement on the marketing site only. Consent mode is denied by default in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and advertising features are off everywhere. Recorded in Annex III of the Data Processing Addendum, version 1.4, and in Privacy Policy section 15, version 2026-09-15.
- August 29, 2026: PostHog added, for product analytics on the marketing site and in the product. Session replay is configured and switched off. Recorded in Annex III of the Data Processing Addendum, version 1.2.
- August 24, 2026: Sentry added, for application error monitoring. Recorded in Annex III of the Data Processing Addendum, version 1.1.
