Why an answer says it does not know
The honest unknown is a feature, not a failure.
If nothing captured supports an answer, kept says: “Your jar holds no cited answer for this yet. Nothing was guessed.”
That is the product working. kept will not fill a gap with something plausible, because an answer you cannot trace is worse than no answer at all. The usual reason is simply that the knowledge has not been captured yet.
To close the gap:
- Do a session about that area of your work.
- Add the piece yourself from your jar, in your own words.
