Turn on two-factor authentication

Add a code from your authenticator app to your sign-in.

Two-factor authentication asks for a code from your authenticator app in addition to your password.

  1. Open Settings, then Security.
  2. Choose Turn on 2FA.
  3. Scan the code with your authenticator app.
  4. Enter the six-digit code it shows to confirm.

You can turn it off again from the same row. If your workspace signs in through single sign-on, your identity provider handles this instead.
