Your capture band

The one thing about you your workspace can see, and what it is not.

If you are in a business workspace, your workspace can see a simple red, amber, or green band showing how much you have captured so far. You see the same band yourself.

That is the only thing about you they see. They never see:

  • A number, or the count behind the band.
  • A ranking against anyone else.
  • Any judgment of the quality of your work.
  • The internal model kept uses to run a good interview.

kept is not a monitoring tool. Using the band for performance management, discipline, or pay is a misuse of the service under the Terms of Service.
